The year 2020 challenged us all due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but the mission of Fundación Hogar Niñito Jesús never wavered. When gathering in person became impossible, we transformed our signature event into a unique digital experience: "Tapeando por la Niñez: Cooking Live Edition."

Through a video call that connected hearts from a distance, renowned Chef Raúl Correa guided us step-by-step in creating an exquisite Risotto with Filet Mignon. It was a night of learning, flavor, and above all, a solidarity that overcame every physical barrier.
